We are a service oriented company with a staff of well trained individuals, including two licensed property managers who have multiple years of experience in the property management industry.

Founded in 1987, Performance Properties, Inc, has weathered many changes in the property management industry over the past 20+ years and are constantly updating our knowledge of new laws and procedures through our professional affiliations (member of NARPM - National Association of Residential Property Managers), and by attending workshops and seminars.

We understand that communication is very important, nine times out of ten a “live” representative of our company will answer the phone, instead of being transferred around an endless automated phone tree system as is the case with some of our competitors.
