Nori Falconeri
President/Licensed Property Manager
Nori Falconeri, President and Owner of Performance Properties, Inc. has been involved in property management for the past 40+ years. Her parents owned and managed a number of rental homes around the University of Oregon and Nori grew up helping them clean interiors and yards when a home became vacant. Nori earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Rhetoric and Communications from the University of Oregon and went on to earn a Masters of Business Administration Degree with an emphasis on International Business. After she graduated, Nori spent 12 years as the Vice President of an International Freight Forwarding Company located in Portland and oversaw up to 40 million dollars in Department of Defense contract business. Property management came knocking on her door again when her parents sold their investment properties in Eugene in exchange for Portland properties before moving overseas. Thus began Nori’s property management career. Nori holds an Oregon Property Manager’s License and has worked as a fee manager for both residential and commercial property owners and has been an owner/investor for many years so she understands the dynamics of property management and of running a well organized, successful business. Nori handles the daily management of the company and also does Rental Evaluations throughout the Portland Metro Area.
Elizabeth Cartwright
Marketing Director & Licensed Property Manager
Elizabeth Cartwright has been involved in all aspects of both single and multi family property management since 1998 and is a nationally recognized ACE Award winner for excellence in her field. Being a lifelong Oregonian, Elizabeth is very familiar with the well established neighborhoods as well as the up and coming areas throughout Portland and the surrounding cities. Elizabeth graduated from Portland Community College with an Associate of Applied Science and Associate of General Studies; she is currently attending Washington State University where she is working towards her Bachelor’s Degree in Business. Elizabeth is a Licensed Property Manager and is responsible for conducting rental evaluations throughout the Portland Metro Area. Scott Gordon
Secretary/Treasurer
Scott Gordon has been in property management and with Performance Properties, Inc. for the past 14 years. Prior to working with us, Scott had an extensive background in insurance and sales. Originally from Seattle, Scott moved to Southern California to attend UCLA where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. Eventually Scott made his way back to the Pacific Northwest where he earned his Property Manager’s License in 1996.
Sonja Snedeker
Accountant
Sonja Snedeker has 18 years of experience in Property Management Accounting. She has worked for companies who specialize in multi-family residential, large commercial complexes as well as single family home management. Sonja served three years of active military duty and then graduated from Mt. Hood Community College with an Associates of Applied Sciences Degree in Accounting. Sonja is responsible for all aspects of accounting for Performance Properties, Inc.
Bobbie Fuller
Property Manager/Portfolio Manager
Bobbie Fuller has worked in property management for the past 13 years. She has worked for multi-family and single-family home management companies as both an onsite and offsite Property Manager. Bobbie currently manages the Portland Metro Region Number I, which consists of SW Portland, NW Portland, Beaverton, Aloha and Hillsboro. Zack Zahm

Zack Zahm has worked in all aspects of single family and multi-family home management since 2004. In 1998, he graduated from Willamette University where he obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in History. Claire White
Property Manager/Portfolio Manager
Claire White has worked in real estate sales, mortgage lending and property management for 24 years. Immediately prior to working with Performance Properties, Claire specialized in residential mortgage lending. Claire came to Portland, OR in 1979 from Lubbock, Texas where she graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and French. As a Fulbright Scholarship recipient, Claire has traveled and worked in Europe, Mexico and South America. Claire currently manages the Portland Metro Area III which is made up of Lake Oswego, West Linn, Tualatin, Tigard, Milwaukie, Wilsonville, Sherwood, King City and Oregon City. Trina Rosenthal has 20+ years experience in customer service which includes 12 years in the property management industry. She spent 10 years as Director of Customer Service for a company who handles tenant and employment screenings prior to joining our team. Matt Eggert
Project Manager / Lead Maintenance Technician
Matt Eggert has been in property management construction and maintenance since 1992. He also held a Real Estate Brokers License from 2005 through 2009 and held a General Contractors License from 2000 through 2004. He has completed several specialized courses including “Keeping Drugs off Rental Property”, Asbestos Removal Procedures, and Mold Removal and Remediation.
