Nori Falconeri
President/Licensed Property Manager
Nori Falconeri, President and Owner of Performance Properties, Inc. has been involved in property management in one way or another for the past 40 years. Her parents owned and managed a number of rental homes around the University of Oregon and Nori grew up helping them clean interiors and yards when a unit became vacant. Nori earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Rhetoric and Communications from the University of Oregon and went on to earn a Masters of Business Administration Degree with an emphasis on International Business. After she graduated, Nori spent 12 years as the Vice President of an International Freight Forwarding Company located in Portland and oversaw up to 40 million dollars in Department of Defense contract business. Property Management came knocking on her door again when her parents sold all their investment properties in Eugene and exchanged them for Portland properties, then promptly moved overseas. Thus began Nori’s property management career. Nori holds an Oregon property manager’s license and has worked as a fee manager for both residential and commercial property owners and has been an owner/investor for many years so she understands the dynamics of property management and of running a well organized, successful business. Nori handles the daily management of the company and also does Rental Evaluations throughout the Portland Metro Area.
Scott Gordon
Property Manager/Portfolio Manager
Scott Gordon has a background in sales and insurance. He is originally from the Seattle, WA area but moved to Southern California to attend UCLA where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. Eventually he made his way back to the Pacific Northwest and earned his Property Manager’s license in 1996. Scott has been with Performance Properties, Inc. for 14 years. He is the portfolio manager for Portland Metro region number 1.
Melody Hay
Property Manager/Portfolio Manager
Melody Hay has worked for both multi-family and single-family home property management companies since 1995 with experience in all phases of property management. She attended Clark Community College, Clackamas Community College, and Portland Community College taking property management and business courses. She earned her property manager’s license in 2006. Melody manages Portland Metro Region number 2 and does Rental Evaluations throughout the Portland Metro Area.
Bobbie Fuller
Property Manager/Portfolio Manager
Bobbie Fuller has worked in property management for the past 13 years. She has worked for both multi-family and single-family home management companies in several different positions – both as an onsite and as an offsite property manager. Bobbie manages our Portland Metro Region number 3.
Sonja Snedeker
Accountant
Sonja Snedeker has 18 years of experience in Property Management Accounting. She has worked for companies who specialize in multi-family residential and large commercial complexes as well as single family home management. Sonja served three years of active military duty and then she graduated from Mt. Hood Community College and with an Associates of Applied Sciences Degree in Accounting. Sonja handles all the accounting for the company and handles our bank account reconciliations each month.
Jessica Castellanos
Maintenance Coordinator
Jessica Castellanos has worked in the property management industry for the past 7 years. Her experience is with companies who specialize in retail property management as well as single family home management. Jessica handles the maintenance requests that come in from our tenants as well as making sure our vacant homes are being “turned” in a timely manner.
Trina Rosenthal
Office Manager
Trina Rosenthal has 20+ years of experience in customer service. She spent 10 years as Director of Customer Service for a company who handled tenant and employment screenings prior to coming to work for us. Trina screens our applications and acts as the point of contact for potential tenants who are searching for a home. Trina has a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Oregon.
Heidi Christensen
Leasing Agent
Heidi Christensen has been with Performance Properties, Inc, since 2006. She has excellent customer service skills and shows our vacant homes to potential tenants. She will be completing her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Marylhurst College in the spring and intends to continue on with her education to get her Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology.
Matt Eggert
Maintenance Technician
Matt Eggert has been in property management construction and maintenance since 1992. He also held a Real Estate Brokers License from 2005 through 2009 and held a General Contractors License from 2000 through 2004. He has completed several specialized courses including “Keeping Drugs off Rental Property”, Asbestos Removal Procedures, and Mold Removal and Remediation.
Greg Taylor
Maintenance Technician
Greg Taylor has been in the construction trades since 1998 and has owned his own painting business as well as his own general contracting business. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Portland.
