With years of experience in property maintenance, he has developed a deep understanding of building systems, repairs, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance. Whether it's a routine repair or a complex maintenance issue, Randy enjoys finding practical solutions and helping keep properties in excellent condition.

As Maintenance Supervisor, Randy works closely with both residents and team members to ensure maintenance concerns are handled efficiently and professionally. His knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and hands-on approach have made him a trusted resource throughout the company.

Outside of work, Randy enjoys gardening and tackling DIY projects around the house. He loves building, repairing, and improving things, and rarely passes up an opportunity to start a new project. His passion for working with his hands carries over into everything he does.

Kaleb is a dedicated Maintenance Technician who brings a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to quality to every task he takes on. Known for being a quick learner, he is always looking for opportunities to expand his skills and continue growing within the maintenance field.

With 13 years at Performance Properties, Branden has become one of the most experienced members of the maintenance team. His extensive knowledge of property maintenance, building systems, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance allows him to confidently tackle a wide range of challenges and help keep properties operating smoothly.

As Maintenance Supervisor, Brandon is often the person people turn to when a problem needs solving. His hands-on experience, practical approach, and ability to find effective solutions have made him a trusted resource for both residents and team members. Having worked in nearly every aspect of maintenance operations, he understands what it takes to keep properties well-maintained and residents happy.

Outside of work, Brandon is a passionate classic car enthusiast who enjoys restoring and working on vehicles in his spare time. He also loves spending time with his family and cheering on his two children at their Jiu Jitsu competitions.

Edgar enjoys being on the move and rarely sits still for long. As a Maintenance Technician, he likes the variety that comes with each day, whether he's tackling repairs, helping residents, or preparing homes for new occupants. His upbeat attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed make him someone people enjoy working with.

When he's not on the job, Edgar can usually be found outdoors staying active and enjoying the fresh air. He brings that same energy and enthusiasm to every property he works on.

Zach believes a smile can go a long way. Known for his friendly personality and great sense of humor, he enjoys helping residents while making service calls more enjoyable.

He likes figuring out solutions to everyday maintenance challenges and takes pride in helping residents feel comfortable in their homes. Outside of work, Zach loves spending time with his kids and can often be found jumping on the trampoline, playing outside, and creating memories with his family.

Hector has been helping homes look their best through expert interior and exterior painting. From complete repaints to residential turnovers, he enjoys seeing the transformation a fresh coat of paint brings to a property.

Painting is both a profession and a passion for Hector. His creative eye, steady hand, and years of experience help him deliver beautiful results that homeowners and residents appreciate.

Jose enjoys the satisfaction that comes from transforming a space. Whether he's refreshing an interior, improving curb appeal with exterior painting, or completing touch-up work, he takes pride in helping homes feel welcoming and well cared for.

He enjoys working with his hands and seeing projects come together from start to finish. Outside of work, Jose values time with family and enjoys taking on projects that allow him to stay creative and productive.

Osbaldo is Performance Properties' dedicated in-house painter, specializing in high-quality interior and exterior painting for rental homes throughout the Portland metro area. From full interior repaints and turnover painting to detailed touch-ups and surface preparation, he takes pride in delivering clean, professional results that help protect our clients' investments and keep homes move-in ready. Known for his attention to detail, craftsmanship, and strong work ethic, Osbaldo plays an important role in maintaining the high standards our owners and residents expect. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, relaxing, and recharging so he can continue bringing the same dedication and positive attitude to every project.

Rachel is often the first person people meet when they visit or contact Performance Properties, and she takes pride in making everyone feel welcome from the very beginning. With a friendly personality and a passion for helping others, she helps create a positive experience for property owners, residents, and prospective tenants alike.

As a Leasing Expert, Rachel enjoys helping people find a place to call home and guiding them through the leasing process. Whether she's answering questions, coordinating appointments, or assisting future residents, she is always happy to lend a hand and help make the process as smooth as possible.

Rocky serves as Performance Properties' Director of Security, although his primary responsibilities seem to revolve around monitoring snack inventory and ensuring no crumb goes unnoticed. Always alert and ready for action, Rocky takes great pride in supervising office operations from a comfortable chair or dog bed.

Known for his loyalty, big personality, and occasional stubborn streak, Rocky approaches each day with confidence and enthusiasm. Whether he's greeting visitors, demanding attention from team members, or conducting perimeter checks around the office, Rocky is always hard at work.

Outside of his professional duties, Rocky enjoys long walks, quality naps, and convincing people that he hasn't been fed in at least three days. His greatest talents include treat detection, expert-level relaxation, and being everyone's favorite coworker.

Apollo takes his role at Performance Properties very seriously, especially when treats are involved. As Chief Barketing Officer, he specializes in greeting visitors, boosting office morale, and conducting surprise inspections of anything that remotely resembles food.

Known for his friendly personality and endless enthusiasm, Apollo believes every meeting should include belly rubs and every workday should include at least one walk. While he may not answer emails, he excels at making people smile and reminding everyone to take a break once in a while.

When he's off the clock, Apollo enjoys naps, treats, and keeping a close eye on office activity from his favorite sunny spot.
