Final Walk-Through Inspection

The buyer typically performs a final walk-through the day before or the day of closing to confirm the property’s condition matches the Purchase Agreement and that no seller items remain.

Closing

At closing, the buyer, seller, and closing agent sign settlement documents and funds are disbursed. If you can’t attend, you can arrange alternatives with appropriate notice. Proceeds can be wired to your account or issued by check, and keys are transferred to the buyer. Once signed, the property is sold.
